By utilizing the Mobile Application, you indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below.
Users can engage in public or personal challenges, and upon completion, they will receive rewards such as badges, virtual trophies, or points exchangeable for prizes and rewards. As part of our commitment to transparency, we may share the names of winners and their employers.
All users are expected to treat each other with respect and abide by the rules of the challenge.
Users are responsible for keeping their account login details confidential and reporting any unauthorized access to us.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate the terms of participation in WalaPlus application.
The use of any content or copyrighted material within the app is strictly prohibited.

If your account is terminated for any of these reasons, you will not be allowed to re-register for our services.
You are entirely responsible for any content you create or upload onto WalaPlus Application, such as steps taken, distance traveled, calories burned, exercise routines, and profile photos (collectively referred to as 'User Content). You have the option to share certain parts of your User Content on various social media platforms, or other websites. Please note that we reserve the right to monitor and review User Content at our discretion, and we may delete, modify, or relocate it without notice. By submitting Feedback, you grant us a license to use it for improving WalaPlus. This means that we can use your feedback and suggestions to make WalaPlus better without needing additional permission from you.
You must not use the Mobile Application or its content for unlawful purposes, nor persuade others to do so. You are also prohibited from violating applicable laws and regulations, infringing on intellectual property rights, harassing or discriminating against others, providing false information, or uploading malware or malicious code. Additionally, you must not collect personal data of others, send spam messages, or compromise the security measures put in place by the Service. Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in legal consequences.
WalaPlus, the company behind the development and implementation of WalaPlus mobile application, retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the app and its services. This includes trademarks, logos, and any other proprietary materials. Your use of the Mobile Application or Services does not grant you any licenses or permissions to reproduce or otherwise exploit these intellectual property assets. Additionally, you are not authorized to use any third-party trademarks that may be featured in connection with the Mobile Application or Services, unless explicitly permitted by their respective owners.
WalaPlus mobile application leverages technical support from Apple iOS and Android operating systems. When using WalaPlus App, you may encounter third-party services or platforms that are governed by their own terms and conditions. Please note that WalaPlus does not exercise control over these external services, nor is it responsible for their content or performance. By using such third-party services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by their respective terms and conditions.
To the extent permissible by law, WalaPlus, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the mobile application or services. The total liability of WalaPlus and its affiliates is capped at the amount you paid for the services during the one-month period preceding the occurrence that gave rise to the liability. This provision applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
You agree to protect WalaPlus, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, damage, or expense arising from third-party claims or disputes related to your content, use of the WalaPlus mobile application or Services, or breach of this Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
The Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of the Wala Active application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to the WalaPlus application, its termination, implementation, interpretation, or validity, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Commerce and Investment.
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or related to the WalaPlus mobile application, its termination, implementation, interpretation, or validity, or any violation thereof, shall be settled in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The privacy policy and terms and conditions of WalaPlus application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes arising therefrom shall be resolved through the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
WalaPlus reserves the right to offer users of WalaPlus application opportunities to earn extra points by participating in challenges or other activities. WalaPlus also reserves the right to modify or cancel these challenges and prizes at any time without notice. The number of points offered for each challenge will be determined by WalaPlus at its sole discretion, and all rewards and points available through WalaPlus application are subject to the program's rules. If a participant wins a prize, they must claim their bonus points within 120 days of the announcement of the results. It is the responsibility of WalaPlus users to ensure that their collected points have been successfully credited to their account, either in WalaPlus app or their Loyalty Plus account. If a user believes they have earned points but they have not been credited to their account, they must provide documentation or other acceptable evidence to support their claim. By utilizing WalaPlus application or its services, you indicate your acceptance of all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not concur with these terms, you are not permitted to use or access the mobile application or its services.
